Launching a new adventure
Hi all,
I'm very excited to be starting Pachakuti Foods, and even more excited because environmental photographer Colin Stone Peacock will be travelling to Peru in a few weeks to support us and to spread the word about quinoa diversity. It has been an amazing journey up to this point and most of all I am thankful for having met so many great farmers and seen so many beautiful inspiring places in the Andes.
We will have tons of spectacular photos and videos of the harvest coming up in a few weeks. In the meantime, here's a picture of a very majestic baby alpaca.
